In this section, you can make changes to you company’s information, and it will be displayed on the dashboard. Also, you can use those advanced settings. For example, Stock, Pickup available hours, etc. To help you manage your business better.
1.Open the Business information through the Business Profile Settings.
2.Fill in your business relevant information.
3.Please click “Save” button after you finished the setup.
Note: Information marked with a RED asterisk is necessary to update your business profile.
The business information can be found in the Dashboard.
Note: Display Language means when customers scan your business QR code, they can choose different language. You can decide to type in these languages or not when you create your Menu.
** You can find the way to setup those languages in Dish Types – Basic Setting – Edit and delete a dish type – Translation.
Customers can select the language that you set up in this section.
1.Open the Pickup available hours through the Business Profile Setting page, and you can choose to switch ON or OFF the days you want to be set up.
2.Then you can set the time period, slot time, ordering in advanced day of your restaurant pick-up.
3.Please click the “Save” button after you finished the setup.
Note: Slot means that the customer can choose the time interval between the pickup time period.
Note: Ordering in the advance day means if you set to 7 days, it will allow customers to select today (if today 2022-01-13 is available for pick-up) and the next 7 available pick-up days (in this case, 2022-01-14 to 2022-01-20).
** To set up the stock please refer to to Dishes – Advanced Setting – Set up Inventory for the dish.
Note: The stock operation here is the same as it in Dishes section, but with a different meaning. In here, means you will set up the available stock for all dishes instead of single one, as well as the stock warning point.
1.Open the Payment information through the Business Profile Setting page, and you can choose to switch ON or OFF the payment method that you want customers to use.
2.You can set up rates for different payment methods. For example, if customers pay $100 bill by using the master card, then they need to pay 2% more which they have to pay $102.
Online payment:
1.Dine-in: 1.5% + Stripe fee
The platform charges the restaurant 1.5% plus a stripe fee when a customer chooses to order online for dine in.
2.Pick-up: 2.5% + Stripe fee
The platform charges the restaurant 2.5% plus a stripe fee when a customer chooses to order online for pick up.
3.Pass some % on to the customer
When you switch it On, you can charge some processing fee from customers.
